Tipi Hire
We have four giant tipis and our lovely bar tent giving you space for up to 120 seated and even more room for dancing!
The venue is exclusive for you so you can really enjoy your wedding process.
With fairy lights, dura dura matting and the odd neon light we know how to host the ultimate wedding!
Posh Loos and Electric
So we may be stating the obvious but if you are looking at an empty paddock trying to create the ultimate wedding venue there are a number of critical elements that we take care of!
We are known for providing the most incredible loos, so if you are a toilet snob, we will certainly have you covered.
We provide this for up to 200 guests so if you are looking at higher numbers we can advise on the additional costs for larger loos!
Outdoor Seating
The outdoor space is your for the taking and is so dreamy during golden hour.
We provide pallet tables, haybales and a barrel or two for your family and friends to relax in the sunshine with a cocktail.
The Bar and Other Suppliers!
You'll be pleased to know that the bar at Haybales is always fully stocked and we love to create a selection of couples cocktails for you and your guests.
Whilst we have a strict no external alcohol policy, we are more than happy to discuss your ideas and we are always happy to accommodate.
When it comes to choosing the rest of the gang, you've got total freedom! However, if you need a helping hand to get started, we've met some amazing friends just a phone call away.
Lots of extras
Looking at a blank canvas can be daunting. If you need a helping hand, we have plenty to offer.
From prop hire, wedding day co-ordination or full wedding planning, we have helped amazing couples create their day.
We want you to have total freedom, and we encourage this. All that we ask is that you keep us in the loop of your ideas and we can ensure that logistically everything comes together as you envisaged.
